 On June 26, 2020, Petitioner PES Holdings, LLC filed an appeal of a denial of an application for benefits under the Keystone Opportunity Zone, Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone and Keystone Opportunity Innovation Zone Act (act) (73 P.S. §§ 820.101—820.1310). On July 21, 2020, Petitioner Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refining and Marketing, LLC filed an appeal of a denial of an application for benefits under the act. The cases have been consolidated upon appeal.

Notice

 A hearing will be conducted before the Department of State Chief Hearing Examiner Debra A. Rand, Esquire, at 9:30 a.m. on May 26, 2021. Members of the public who wish to attend the hearing may contact the Department of State's prothonotary at (717) 772-2686 for additional information. The filing of petitions and notices to intervene in the previously-captioned matters must submitted in writing to ra-dc-chief-counsel@pa.gov by May 19, 2021. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure).
