DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3) intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following property is available for sale by the Department.

 1. State Route 6219, Parcel 46, Brothersvalley Township, Somerset County. This parcel contains approximately 0.17 acre of unimproved landlocked land. The property will be sold in as is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $100. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin to Thomas A. Prestash, PE, District Executive, Engineering District 9-0, 1620 North Juniata Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
