Rescission of Orphans' Court Rule 4.7A

Order

 And Now, this 28th day of June, 2021, Bucks County Orphans' Court Rule No. 4.7A is rescinded, effective immediately.

 Pursuant to Pa.O.C. Rule No. 4.7(a), both express authorization by the Court and promulgation of a local procedural rule governing electronic filing shall be required prior to the Clerk of the Orphans' Court implementing any electronic filing system.
