Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

[Saturday, August 28, 2021]The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before September 13, 2021. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by September 13, 2021. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account and accepting eService. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.
Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.
A-2021-3027619. BTS Services, Inc. (1801 Oberlin Road, Suite 205, Middletown, Dauphin County, PA 17057) to transport, by motor vehicle in paratransit service, persons under 18 years of age, from points in Dauphin County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
A-2021-3027853. Affluent Limousine Services, LLC (509 College Avenue, Newtown Square, Delaware County, PA 19073) in limousine service, from points in Delaware County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
A-2021-3027856. Best Employee Shuttle Services, Inc. (362 Gosling Drive, North Wales, Montgomery County, PA) in paratransit service, from points in Delaware County, and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
A-2021-3027858. Business Class Limousine and Car Services, LLC (222 Roosevelt Avenue, Downingtown, Chester County, PA 19335) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, between points in the Counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster and Montgomery.
Application of the following for approval to begin operating as a broker for transportation of persons as described under the application.
A-2021-3027864. MAF Transport Services, LLC (13741 Arneman Road, Edinboro, Erie County, PA 16412) for the right to begin to arrange transportation of passengers, between points in Pennsylvania.
