 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Bonus Money (hereinafter ''Bonus Money''). The game number is PA-1581.

 2. Price: The price of a Bonus Money instant lottery game ticket is $5.

 3. Play symbols: Each Bonus Money instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area featuring a ''$5 BONUS'' spot, a ''$10 BONUS'' spot, a ''$20 BONUS'' spot, a ''$50 BONUS'' spot, a ''$100 BONUS'' spot, a ''$250 BONUS'' spot, a ''$500 BONUS'' spot, a ''$1,000 BONUS'' spot, a ''$2,500 BONUS'' spot and a ''$250,000 BONUS'' spot. Each of the ''BONUS'' spots is played separately.  4. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game, are: $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $2,500 and $250,000. A player can win up to three times on a ticket.

 5. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 12,000,000 tickets will be printed for the Bonus Money instant lottery game.

 6. Determination of prize winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets upon which a $250K (WIN$250K) symbol appears in the ''$250,000 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $250,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets upon which a Bank (WIN$2500) symbol appears in the ''$2,500 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2,500.

 (c) Holders of tickets upon which a Safe (WIN$1K) symbol appears in the ''$1,000 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

 (d) Holders of tickets upon which a Gold Bar (WIN$500) symbol appears in the ''$500 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

 (e) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WIN250) symbol appears in the ''$250 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $250.

 (f) Holders of tickets upon which a Stack of Cash (WIN100) symbol appears in the ''$100 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (g) Holders of tickets upon which a $50 Bill (WIN50) symbol appears in the ''$50 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (h) Holders of tickets upon which a Dollar Sign (WIN$20) symbol appears in the ''$20 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (i) Holders of tickets upon which a Horseshoe (WIN$10) symbol appears in the ''$10 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (j) Holders of tickets upon which a Coins (WIN$5) symbol appears in the ''$5 BONUS'' spot, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 8. Retailer incentive awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell Bonus Money instant lottery game tickets.

 9. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which they qualify on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 10. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Bonus Money, prize money from winning Bonus Money instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Bonus Money instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 11. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. CodePart V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 12. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Bonus Money or through normal communications methods.
