 Unum Life Insurance Company of America is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 32% on 5,577 policyholders with individual LTC forms LTC5192, LTC5392, LTC5592, LTC99, LTC99Q and LTC99FQ.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 14, 2022, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov (hover the cursor over the ''Consumers'' tab, then select ''Pending Long Term Care Rate Filings'').

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Valerie Romig, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, vromig@pa.gov within 15 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
