Withdrawal of Technical Guidance

 The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) announces the withdrawal of the Technical Guidance Documents (TGD) listed as follows. TGDs are available on the Department's web site at www.depgreenport.state.pa.us/elibrary/ (select ''Technical Guidance Draft Documents'' or ''Technical Guidance Final Documents'' to view a menu of various Department bureaus where TGDs are listed).

Changes to TGDs

 Following is the current list of recent changes. Persons who have questions or comments about a particular document should contact the person whose name and phone number are listed with each document.

Withdrawal of TGD

 DEP ID: 383-2126-303. Title: Public Water Supply Manual—Part III: Bottled Water, Bulk Water Hauling, Water Vending Machines and Retail Water Facilities. Description: This draft TGD was published at 36 Pa.B. 3166 (June 24, 2006). The Department has determined this draft TGD is no longer necessary and will withdraw the 2006 draft TGD. The existing 1997 version of this TGD will remain in place (DEP ID: 383-2126-303): Design Standards for Bottled Water, Bulk Water Hauling, Water Vending Machines and Retail Water Facilities. The Department, by this notice, withdraws the 2006 draft TGD.
