 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received.  Resolution No. CB-22-004, Dated April 4, 2022. Authorizes the side letter of agreement between the Commonwealth and the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits Council to increase the minimum hiring rate for UFCW represented classifications.

 Resolution No. CB-22-005, Dated May 9, 2022. Authorizes the Side Letter between the Commonwealth and AFSCME concerning the minimum wage for temporary pool employees, effective 7/1/2019 through 12/31/2023.

 Resolution No. CB-22-007, Dated May 9, 2022. Authorizes the Agreement between the Commonwealth/PA Game Commission and FOP, Lodge 114, effective 7/1/2021 through 6/30/2024.
