The principal items of work and approximate quantities include: mobilization and demobilization, 1 lump sum; 6" air rotary drilling, 1,160 linear feet; confirmation drilling: overburden drilling, 75 linear feet; P-series wire line drilling and core sampling, 145 linear feet; furnishing and installing overburden casing, 480 linear feet; supply, delivery, mixing and injection of grout: cement, 332 tons; fly ash (type F), 530 tons; mineral CSA, 0 ton; sand (type A), 75 tons; gravel (AASHTO No. 8), 0 ton; sodium bentonite powder, 50 pound bag, 400 each; diutan gum powder, 50 pound bag, 7 each; super plasticizer, 55-gallon drum, 12 each; preparation, disassembly and relocation of injection system, 55 each; monitoring well installation: 2" diameter monitoring well, installed 100 linear feet; monitoring well manhole and surface restoration, 4 each; sealing boreholes, 1 each; and site restoration job.
