STATE BOARD OF NURSING

Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs v. Amy K. Moore, LPN; Case Nos. 19-51-017843 and 20-51-007836

 On May 10, 2022, Amy K. Moore, LPN, license No. PN268988, last known of New Castle, Lawrence County, had her license indefinitely suspended, retroactive to March 17, 2021, and was assessed $657.50 in costs of investigation because she is unable to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety to patients and for violating a State Board of Nursing (Board) order.

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication at www.pals.pa.gov.

 This order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
