 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received.  Resolution No. CB-22-024, Dated July 12, 2022. Authorizes the side letter with AFSCME to provide the pay increases and additional payments for certain Department of Revenue employees who are reclassified into the Field Enforcement Agent 1, Field Enforcement Agent 2, and Field Enforcement Agent Supervisor positions.

 Resolution No. CB-22-025, Dated July 12, 2022. Authorizes the side letter between the Commonwealth and SEIU-HCPA (Healthcare Pennsylvania) union for one-time pandemic related payments.

 Resolution No. CB-22-027, Dated July 12, 2022. Authorizes the side letter between the Commonwealth and the United Government Security Officers of America (UGSOA) covering both the rank/file and supervisory units for one-time pandemic-related payments.

 Resolution No. CB-22-028, Dated July 12, 2022. Authorizes the side letter between the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Rangers Association (PSRA) for one-time pandemic-related payments.

 Resolution No. CB-22-029, Dated July 12, 2022. Authorizes the side letter between the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania Liquor Enforcement Association (PLEA) for one-time pandemic-related payments.

 Resolution No. CB-22-030, Dated July 12, 2022. Authorizes the side letter between the Commonwealth and OPEIU union for one-time pandemic related payments.

 Resolution No. CB-22-031, Dated July 12, 2022. Authorizes the side letter between the Commonwealth and the Association of Liquor Enforcement Supervisors (ALES) for one-time pandemic-related payments.
