Municipal Waste Base General Permit WMGM042 Renewal

 Under the authority of the Solid Waste Management Act (35 P.S. §§ 6018.101—6018.1003) and the Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act (53 P.S. §§ 4000.101—4000.1904) the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is providing notice that General Permit WMGM042 for anaerobic digestion was renewed on August 18, 2022. This base permit includes municipal waste processing facilities or the beneficial use of municipal waste, or both.

 Persons interested in reviewing the general permit may contact Jason Dunham, Environmental Group Manager, Department of Environmental Protection, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, at jadunham@pa.gov or (717) 787-1982.
