The facility is subject to the Title V Operating Permit requirements adopted in 25 Pa. Code Chapter 127, Subchapter G, the applicable requirements of 40 CFR 60 AAa and JJJJ and Part 63 Subpart ZZZZ, YYYYY, and CCCCCC.
