 OOGM FS22-11, Cleaning Out and Plugging Eight Orphan Gas Wells, Eulalia Township and Abbot Township, Potter County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include: clean out and plug eight orphan gas wells, estimated to be up to 1,795 feet to 6,357 feet in depth, to Department of Environmental Protection (Department) specifications; prepare and restore well sites; and mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.

 This bid issues on September 30, 2022, and bids will be opened on November 3, 2022, at 2 p.m. Bid documents may be downloaded for free beginning on the issue date from the Department by going to www.BidExpress.com. A mandatory prebid conference is scheduled for October 18, 2022, at 10 a.m. at the Cherry Springs State Park, 4639 Cherry Springs Road, Coudersport, PA 16915. Failure to attend the prebid conference will be cause for rejection of the bid.
