Ohio Regional Water Resources Committee Public Meeting

 The State Water Plan's Ohio Regional Water Resources Committee (Committee) will hold a public meeting for the purpose of voting on the Back Creek Critical Area Resource Plan. The Committee will meet on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 9 a.m. in the 16th Floor Delaware Room, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. Individuals may attend the meeting in person or remotely. Individuals wishing to provide public comments during the meeting must sign up in advance by contacting James Horton at jahorton@pa.gov or (717) 772-1100.

 Information on how to join the meeting remotely, as well as agenda and meeting materials, will be available on the Committee's webpage found on the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) web site at www.dep.pa.gov (search ''Ohio Committee'').

 Individuals are encouraged to visit the Committee's webpage to confirm meeting date, time and location prior to each meeting. Questions concerning the December 5, 2022, meeting can be directed to James Horton at jahorton@pa.gov or (717) 772-1100.
