 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB 23-007, Dated March 2, 2023. The Executive Board resolution authorizes the side letter of agreement regarding closure payments for White Haven Center-Extension.

 Resolution No. CB 23-008, Dated March 2, 2023. The Executive Board resolution authorizes the side letter of agreement regarding closure payments for Polk Center-Extension.

 Resolution No. CB 23-009, Dated March 2, 2023. The Executive Board Resolution authorizes the side letter with AFSCME that provides salary adjustments for clerical assistant series classifications in the independent agencies (Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and Pennsylvania Game Commission).

 Resolution No. CB 23-010, Dated March 2, 2023. The Executive Board Resolution authorizes the side letter with SEIU, Healthcare Pennsylvania that provides the continuation for closure payments for SEIU represented employees at Polk Center.

 Resolution No. CB 23-011, Dated March 2, 2023. The Executive Board Resolution authorizes the side letter with SEIU, Healthcare Pennsylvania that provides the continuation for closure payments for SEIU, HCPA represented employees at White Haven Center.

 Resolution No. CB 23-012, Dated March 2, 2023. The Executive Board Resolution authorizes the side letter with OPEIU that provides the continuation for closure payments for OPEIU represented employees at White Haven Center.

 Resolution No. CB 23-013, Dated March 2, 2023. This Executive Board Resolution authorizes an increase of two pay scale levels for eligible employees under the classification of Youth Development Staff.
