Pennsylvania 10 Fold Instant Lottery Game 1642

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania 10 Fold (''10 Fold''). The game number is PA-1642.

 2. Price: The price of a 10 Fold instant lottery game ticket is $1.

 3. Play symbols: Each 10 Fold instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area. The play/prize symbols and their captions, located in the play area, are: FREE (TICKET), $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $3.00 (THR DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20.00 (TWENTY), $30.00 (THIRTY), $50.00 (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $200 (TWO HUN), $300 (THR HUN), $5,000 (FIV THO) and a Clothes Pin (10TIMES) symbol.

 4. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: Free $1 Ticket, $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $20, $30, $50, $100, $200, $300 and $5,000. A player can win up to three times on a ticket. 10 Fold contains a feature that can multiply certain prizes. For a complete list of prizes, and how those prizes can be won, see section 7 (relating to number and description of prizes and approximate odds).

 5. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 8,400,000 tickets will be printed for the 10 Fold instant lottery game.

 6. Determination of prize winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $5,000 (FIV THO) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $300 (THR HUN) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (c) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $30.00 (THIRTY) and a Clothes Pin (10TIMES) symbol appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (d) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $200 (TWO HUN) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.

 (e) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $20.00 (TWENTY) and a Clothes Pin (10TIMES) symbol appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.

 (f) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $100 (ONE HUN) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (g) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) and a Clothes Pin (10TIMES) symbol appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (h) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $50.00 (FIFTY) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (i) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) and a Clothes Pin (10TIMES) symbol appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (j) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $30.00 (THIRTY) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (k) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $3.00 (THR DOL) and a Clothes Pin (10TIMES) symbol appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (l) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $20.00 (TWENTY) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (m) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) and a Clothes Pin (10TIMES) symbol appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (n) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (o) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $1.00 (ONE DOL) and a Clothes Pin (10TIMES) symbol appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (p) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

 (q) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $3.00 (THR DOL) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $3.

 (r) Holders of tickets upon which three matching play/prize symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

 (s) Holders of tickets upon which three matching FREE (TICKET) play symbols appear in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of one 10 Fold instant game ticket or one Pennsylvania Lottery instant game ticket of equivalent sale price which is currently on sale.

 7. Number and description of prizes and approximate odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

If 3 like amounts are revealed AND a ''Clothes Pin'' (10TIMES) symbol appears, win 10 TIMES that amount!

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 8. Retailer incentive awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell 10 Fold instant lottery game tickets.

 9. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which they qualify on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 10. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of 10 Fold, prize money from winning 10 Fold instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the 10 Fold instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 11. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 12. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote 10 Fold or through normal communications methods.
