Venue Transfer for Parx Casino Complex—All Pennsylvania State Police Filings; Administrative Order No. 112

Order

 And Now, this 4th day of January, 2023, it is hereby ordered and directed that Bucks County Administrative Order No. 112 entered December 21, 2022, shall be amended to read as follows:

 It is hereby ordered and directed that venue for all cases filed by the Pennsylvania State Police (including Pennsylvania State Police, Parx Casino Gaming Enforcement and Pennsylvania State Police, Trevose) arising from activity on the premises of or regarding the Parx Casino complex in Bensalem shall lie in Magisterial District Court No. 07-1-09.

 In all other respects the subject order shall remain as entered.
