DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following list of properties is available for sale by the Department:

 1. State Route 198, Parcel No. 9, Tax ID # 4501-006, located in Saegertown Borough, Crawford County. This is an uneconomic remnant and contains 7,651 square feet of unimproved land situated at Main Street, Saegertown, PA 16433. The estimated fair market value is $3,800. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 2. State Route 198, Parcel No. 10, Tax ID # 4501-007, located in Saegertown Borough, Crawford County. This is an uneconomic remnant and contains 8,206 square feet of unimproved land situated at Main Street, Saegertown, PA 16433. The estimated fair market value is $4,100. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 3. State Route 198, Parcel No. 16, Tax ID # 4501-003, located in Saegertown Borough, Crawford County. This is an uneconomic remnant and contains 1,371 square feet of unimproved land situated at Main Street, Saegertown, PA 16433. The estimated fair market value is $170. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 Public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the sites within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Deborah Knapp, Engineering District 1-0, Right-of-Way Unit, 255 Elm Street, Oil City, PA 16301.
