 Highmark Choice Company submitted a rate filing for its Individual HMO Grandfathered Plan. The filing proposes an average rate adjustment of 9.4% and will affect 429 members.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 17, 2023, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written or e-mail comments, suggestions or objections to Michael Hibbert, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, mhibbert@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
