 CPC 23.187: Capitol Maintenance of Finishes and Fixtures. This project involves the following: dusting and general cleaning of plaster and marble, wall, beam drops, soffits, moldings, bronze and marble railings, bronze and marble sculpture, gilded surfaces, finished woodwork, painted artwork and miscellaneous architectural materials and finishes. The work also includes repair, preparation and refinishing of historic plaster, marble, wood and touch-in of gilded surfaces by qualified artisans.

 A mandatory preproposal conference and walk through will be held on October 12, 2023, at 10 a.m. in Room 630 of the Main Capitol Building. The proposal receipt date is October 26, 2023, at 2 p.m. Project documents may be obtained by appointment in Room 630, Main Capitol Building, Harrisburg, PA or by contacting Tara Pyle at (717) 648-1918.
