Wastewater Service; Correction for A-2022-3037047

 On September 19, 2023, it was discovered that publication of the application filed by the Pennsylvania-American Water Company (PA American)—Wastewater Division section 1329 application for the acquisition of Butler Area Sewer Authority's Wastewater System Assets, at the previously referenced docket number, was inadvertently not published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin scheduled for publication in the June 10, 2023, edition.

 The record at the previously listed docket number shows that all customers were provided individual notification through billing inserts. PA American provided proof of publication on May 22, 2023, that the application had been published in all newspapers of local circulation in the areas affected by the application. At 6 p.m. on both dates of July 18, 2023, and July 19, 2023, the Office of Administrative Law Judge held two separate public input hearings which were well attended and provided opportunity to all customers to voice any concerns, support or opposition to the application.

 Therefore, to correct the record, and in an abundance of caution to ensure due process to satisfy the requirements of 52 Pa. Code § 5.14(a) the Commission will proceed with publishing the attached notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. This notice will appear in the September 30, 2023, issue.

 A-2022-3037047. Pennsylvania-American Water Company—Wastewater Division. In the matter of Pennsylvania-American Water Company—Wastewater Division, under 66 Pa.C.S. § 1329 (relating to valuation of acquired water and wastewater systems) application for the acquisition of Butler Area Sewer Authority's wastewater system assets.

 Appropriate filings must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before October 5, 2023. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, or on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) web site at www.puc.pa.gov, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address. If a filing contains confidential or proprietary material, the filing is required to be submitted by overnight delivery. Large filings containing confidential or proprietary material may be submitted through the Commission's Share Point File system with advanced notice to the Commission prior to submittal.
