Adoption of Standards for Exemption; Notice 2023-19

 By this notice, under 40 Pa.C.S. § 7143(b) (relating to adoption of exemption standards of NAIC Valuation Manual), enacted under the act of June 14, 2023 (P.L. 4, No. 2), I hereby adopt the standards for exemption specified in the January 1, 2024, Edition of the NAIC Valuation Manual.

 Companies with questions regarding this notice should direct them to the company's assigned financial analyst.
