DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

12-Year Transportation Program; Public Comment Period

 The Department of Transportation (Department) is holding a public comment period for the Commonwealth's 12-Year Transportation Program (Program). The public comment period for the 2025 Program update begins Wednesday, March 1, 2023, and continues through Sunday, April 30, 2023. The State Transportation Commission and the Department will document, review and use the public feedback to help identify needs and prioritize transportation projects for the 2025 Program.

 This feedback can also inform other Statewide and regional transportation plans and programs. The public may provide input through the Transportation Survey found at https://survey.talkpatransportation.com/#/Survery and the Online Public Forum. The Online Public Forum is scheduled for Wednesday, April 12, 2023, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

 Additionally, the Commonwealth's 2023 Transportation Performance Report (Report) is now available. The 2023 Report was adopted on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, and is available to review at www.talkpatransportation.com.

 The Department will make all reasonable modifications to policies, programs and documents to ensure that people with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency have an equal opportunity to enjoy all of the programs, services and activities. Interested individuals who do not have Internet access should contact the Department at (717) 783-2262 to obtain the call-in number for listening-in only.

 To request assistance to participate in the survey or the Online Public Forum, contact the Department's Program Center by e-mailing RA-PennDOTSTC@pa.gov or calling (717) 783-2262 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Requests for the Online Public Forum assistance should be made by Monday, April 3, 2023.
