 A-2024-3047866. Communications Venture Corporation, d/b/a INdigital and INdigital Holdings, Inc. Joint application of Communications Venture Corporation, d/b/a INdigital and INdigital Holdings, Inc. for approval of a transfer of control.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before April 22, 2024. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) by means of eService on the Commission's web site at https://www.puc.pa.gov/filing-resources/efiling/ or 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant.
