Order of Court And Now, Friday, April 5, 2024, upon request of the District Attorney of Bedford County, the Order of Court is as follows:
1. Local Rule of Criminal Procedure 202.1 (Approval of Search Warrant Applications by the Attorney for the Commonwealth) is amended as follows to this Order of Court.
2. This Order of Court and Local Rule of Criminal Procedure 202.1 (as amended) shall be promulgated in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. 103(c), effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.

Search Warrants shall not hereafter be accepted by a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas unless the Search Warrant Application has the approval of an Attorney for the Commonwealth prior to filing. Approval by the Attorney for the Commonwealth may be provided by electronic communication with a copy attached to the warrant application.
