Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 31, 2024. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the petitioner and a copy provided to the Administrative Law Judges. The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the petitioner's business address.

Paper Filing. Individuals who do not have the capability to open and use an eFiling account may file paper documents with the Secretary of the Commission. Filing of paper documents must be sent by overnight delivery to Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
It is important that individuals retain the tracking information as proof of submission. E-mailed or faxed submissions filings to the Commission are not acceptable.
Confidential Material. If a filing contains confidential or proprietary material, the filing should be submitted by overnight delivery to ensure arrival. Large filings containing confidential or proprietary material may also be submitted through the Commission's Share Point File system. These filings should be followed by a hard copy with a flash drive or CD for the Commission's file. Filers should contact the Secretary's Bureau in advance to set up a Share Point File before submitting the filing.
