In the month of April 2024, Department of Environmental Protection of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the authority contained in the Radon Certification Act, act of July 9, 1987, P.L. 238, No. 43 (63 P.S. Sections 2001—2014) and regulations promulgated thereunder at 25 Pa. Code Chapter 240, has certified the persons listed as follows to perform radon related activities in Pennsylvania.
