 A-2024-3049188 and A-2024-3049189. IRU Networks, LLC and USA Digital Communications, Inc. Joint application for approval of a general rule transfer of control, nunc pro tunc, of IRU Networks, LLC to USA Digital Communications, Inc.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before Monday, June 24, 2024. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) by means of eService on the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov or at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120 with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection on the Commission's web site and at the applicant's business address.
