 On April 17, 2024, Yifan Liu and Jordan Robert Hitchcock filed an appeal of a denial of an application for benefits under the Keystone Opportunity Zone Program (72 P.S. §§ 8901-D—8921-D).

Notice

 A hearing will be conducted before Hearing Examiner Chad L. Allensworth, Esquire, at 9:30 a.m. on July 15, 2024, by means of video conference. For additional information contact the Department of State's prothonotary at (717) 772-2686. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure).
