Pennsylvania Jumbo Bucks Instant Lottery Game 1697

Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:
1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Jumbo Bucks (''Jumbo Bucks''). The game number is PA-1697.
2. Price: The price of a Jumbo Bucks instant lottery game ticket is $10.
3. Play symbols: Each Jumbo Bucks instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area featuring a ''WINNING NUMBERS'' area and a ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area, and a ''BONUS'' area consisting of a ''JUMBO $500 BONUS'' spot, a ''$150 BONUS'' spot, a ''$50 BONUS'' spot, a ''$30 BONUS'' spot and a ''$10 BONUS'' spot. The ''BONUS'' spots are played separately. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SVNTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 27 (TWYSVN), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN) and 30 (THIRT). The play symbols and their captions located in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SVNTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 27 (TWYSVN), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN), 30 (THIRT), JUMBO (ADD10) symbol and a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol. The play symbols and their captions located in the five ''BONUS'' spots are: NO BONUS (TRYAGAIN) symbol, TRY AGAIN (NOBONUS) symbol, NO BONUS (TRYAGAIN) symbol, TRY AGAIN (NOBONUS) symbol, NO BONUS (TRYAGAIN) symbol, TRY AGAIN (NOBONUS) symbol, NO BONUS (TRYAGAIN) symbol, TRY AGAIN (NOBONUS) symbol, NO BONUS (TRYAGAIN) symbol, TRY AGAIN (NOBONUS) symbol, NO BONUS (TRYAGAIN) symbol, TRY AGAIN (NOBONUS) symbol and a BUCKS (BUCKS) symbol.
4. Prize symbols: The prize symbols and their captions located in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area are: $10.00 (TEN DOL), $15.00 (FIFTEEN), $20.00 (TWENTY), $30.00 (THIRTY), $50.00 (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $150 (ONE FTY), $200 (TWO HUN), $500 (FIV HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO), $5,000 (FIV THO) and $1MILL (ONE MIL).
5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: $10, $15, $20, $30, $50, $100, $150, $200, $500, $1,000, $5,000 and $1,000,000. The prizes that can be won in the five ''BONUS'' spots are: $10, $30, $50, $150 and $500. For a complete description of how these prizes can be won, see section 8 (relating to number and description of prizes and approximate odds). A player can win up to 20 times on a ticket.
6. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 12,000,000 tickets will be printed for the Jumbo Bucks instant lottery game.
7. Determination of prize winners:
(a) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $1MILL (ONE MIL) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000,000. The prize shall be paid as a one-time, lump-sum cash payment.
(b) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $5,000 (FIV THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5,000.
(c) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in eight of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in two of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in four of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in one of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4,260.
(d) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(e) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in five of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.
(f) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $510.
(g) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(h) Holders of tickets upon which a BUCKS (BUCKS) symbol appears in the ''JUMBO $500 BONUS'' spot in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(i) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in four of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in one of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(j) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in three of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in eight of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in four of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $350.
(k) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in all 15 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $300.
(l) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in two of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in three of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $260.
(m) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $210.
(n) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $200 (TWO HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.
(o) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in five of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $200.
(p) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $150 (ONE FTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $160.
(q) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in 14 of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in one of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $160.
(r) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $150 (ONE FTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $150.
(s) Holders of tickets upon which a BUCKS (BUCKS) symbol appears in the ''$150 BONUS'' spot in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $150.
(t) Holders of tickets upon which a Moneybag (WINALL) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in all 15 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $150.
(u) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $110.
(v) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(w) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $60.
(x) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.
(y) Holders of tickets upon which a BUCKS (BUCKS) symbol appears in the ''$50 BONUS'' spot in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.
(z) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.
(aa) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.
(bb) Holders of tickets upon which a BUCKS (BUCKS) symbol appears in the ''$30 BONUS'' spot in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.
(cc) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.
(dd) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $15.00 (FIFTEEN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25.
(ee) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
(ff) Holders of tickets upon which a JUMBO (ADD10) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under that JUMBO (ADD10) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
(gg) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $15.00 (FIFTEEN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.
(hh) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.
(ii) Holders of tickets upon which a BUCKS (BUCKS) symbol appears in the ''$10 BONUS'' spot in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

Reveal a ''Moneybag'' (WINALL) symbol to win all 15 prizes shown!
BONUS: Reveal a ''BUCKS'' (BUCKS) symbol in any BONUS spot to win that BONUS spot prize instantly! BONUS spots are played separately.
Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
9. Retailer incentive awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell Jumbo Bucks instant lottery game tickets.
10. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which they qualify on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.
11. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Jumbo Bucks, prize money from winning Jumbo Bucks instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Jumbo Bucks instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.
12. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.
13. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Jumbo Bucks or through normal communications methods.
