Joint petition of Citizens' Electric Company of Lewisburg, PA and Wellsboro Electric Company for approval of default service plan and waiver of Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) regulations for the period from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2029.
Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers to the joint petition must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 8, 2024. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the joint petitioners. The documents filed in support of the joint petition are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the joint petitioners' respective business addresses.
