On April 3, 2024, Charles L. Swenglish & Sons Coal Co., Inc. (2 Swenglish Lane, Smithfield, PA 15478), submitted a request for a de minimis emission increase at its Appalachian Stone Mtn.—[Wymps Gap Surface Mine Coal Preparation Plant], located in Georges & Springhill Townships, Fayette County. This Notice is published per 25 Pa. Code Section 127.449(i). The coal preparation plant presently contains one (1) 250-tph, jaw crusher, two (2) double deck vibratory screens, eight (8) conveyers, and three (3) IC engines.
