Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several Individual LTC Forms (UNUM-134159266); Rate Filing

 Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 182.2% on 326 Pennsylvania policyholders of individual LTC forms RLTC03, RLTCP03, LTC03, LTCP03 and LTCT03.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 17, 2024, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
