Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 29, 2024. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by July 29, 2024. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2024-3048874. Here for You Transportation, LLC (600 North 2nd Street, 4th Floor, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA 17101) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in nonemergency medical paratransit service, between points in the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2024-3048997. Real Pro Staffing Company, t/a Healcare Ambulette (849 Pleasure Road, Unit C14, Lancaster, Lancaster County, PA 17601) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Lancaster County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3049185. KNN Medtrans, LLC (4229 Hill Terrace Drive, Sinking Spring, Berks County, PA 19608) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Berks County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3049353. ASAP National Road Service, Inc., t/a Community Paramedic Services (100 Ardwick Terrace, Lansdale, Lancaster County, PA 19446) in paratransit service, limited to service in wheelchair transport vehicles, from points in Montgomery County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3049389. Spring-Ford Limo, LLC (41 Orchard Court, Royersford, Montgomery County, PA 19468) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, from points in the Counties of Berks and Montgomery, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Home Concept Services, LLC (8722 Cottage Street, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19136) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

ADKA, LLC, t/a Transport Associate (128 Union Street, Plains, Luzerne County, PA 18705) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Lackawanna and Luzerne, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3049614. Royal 412, LLC, t/a Royal 412 (2706 Strachan Avenue, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15216) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2024-3049191. A&J Moving Co. (1205 West Front Street, South Williamsport, Lycoming County, PA 17702) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.
