$50 or $100 Instant Lottery Game 1675

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania $50 or $100 (''$50 or $100''). The game number is PA-1675.

 2. Price: The price of a $50 or $100 instant lottery game ticket is $10.

 3. Play symbols: Each $50 or $100 instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area featuring a ''WINNING NUMBERS'' area and a ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and one ''BONUS'' area. The ''BONUS'' area is played separately. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SVNTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 27 (TWYSVN), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN) and 30 (THIRT). The play symbols and their captions located in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SVNTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 27 (TWYSVN), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN), 30 (THIRT), $50 (WIN$50) symbol and a $100 (WIN$100) symbol. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''BONUS'' area are: NOBONUS (TRYAGAIN) symbol, TRYAGAIN (NOBONUS) symbol, NOBONUS (TRYAGAIN) symbol, TRYAGAIN (NOBONUS) symbol, $50 Burst (WIN50) symbol and a $100 Burst (WIN100) symbol.

 4. Prize Symbols: The prize symbols and their captions located in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area are: $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20.00 (TWENTY), $50.00 (FIFTY) and $100 (ONE HUN).

 5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: $50 and $100. A player can win up to six times on a ticket.

 6. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 10,800,000 tickets will be printed for the $50 or $100 instant lottery game.

 7. Determination of prize winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (b) Holders of tickets upon which a $100 (WIN$100) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''prize'' area under that $100 (WIN$100) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (c) Holders of tickets upon which a $100 Burst (WIN100) appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (d) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (e) Holders of tickets upon which a $50 (WIN$50) symbol appears in the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' area, and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under that $50 (WIN$50) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (f) Holders of tickets upon which a $50 Burst (WIN50) appears in the ''BONUS'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (g) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $20.00 (TWENTY) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (h) Holders of tickets upon which any of the ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbols match any of the ''WINNING NUMBERS'' play symbols and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''prize'' area under the matching ''YOUR NUMBERS'' play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 8. Number and description of prizes and approximate odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

 Reveal a ''$100'' (WIN$100) symbol, win $100 instantly!

 BONUS: Reveal a ''$50 Burst'' (WIN50) or ''$100 Burst'' (WIN100) symbol, win that amount instantly! BONUS is played separately.

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 9. Retailer incentive awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell $50 or $100 instant lottery game tickets.

 10. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which they qualify on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 11. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of $50 or $100, prize money from winning $50 or $100 instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the $50 or $100 instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 12. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 13. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote $50 or $100 or through normal communications methods.
