Administrative Order

 And Now, this 7th day of August, 2024, the Court, pursuant to the request of the Chief Adult Probation Officer, hereby increases the Alcohol Highway Safety School (AHSS) fee from $200.00 to $250.00, effective October 1, 2024.

 This fee is assessed pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. 1549, and Chapter 94 of the Pennsylvania Code, § 94.14.
