 A hearing will be conducted before Hearing Officer Peter D. Kovach, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, to receive evidence concerning the allegations contained in the May 16, 2024, Order of the Department of Health, Division of Home Health, issued against Emmanuel Professional Services, LLC. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501—508 (relating to Administrative Agency Law), 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) (GRAPP) and the Department of Health's regulations at 37 Pa. Code §§ 197.81—197.94 (relating to appeals from decisions pertaining to licensure) to the extent they supplement or supersede inconsistent provisions of GRAPP.

 The hearing will be held in a hearing room at the Atrium Level of the Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA, (717) 772-2686. Public access to the building is through the North Street, center doors. Participants shall present themselves outside of Hearing Room 2 to be directed to the appropriate hearing room by staff or written notice posted outside of Hearing Room 2. Persons requiring ADA access to the building may enter the North Street doors and then use the elevators located to the left and right of the interior entry doors to reach the Atrium Level.
