Current Income Levels for Participation in the Cancer Drug Repository Program

 In accordance with 49 Pa. Code § 27.506 (relating to patient eligibility), the State Board of Pharmacy is providing notice that to participate in the Cancer Drug Repository Program in 2024, a patient's 2023 income cannot have exceeded the following limits:
