 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-23-025, Dated December 3, 2023. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Union, Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits Council. The Collective Bargaining   Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027.

 Resolution No. CB-23-026, Dated December 3, 2023. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 668. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027.

 Resolution No. CB-23-027, Dated December 3, 2023. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth and the Correctional Institution Vocational Education Association (CIVEA), Pennsylvania State Education Association, National Education Association. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027.

 Resolution No. CB-23-028, Dated December 3, 2023. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 668. The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027.

 Resolution No. CB-23-029, Dated December 3, 2023. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Liquor Enforcement Association, Liquor Law Enforcement Unit. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027.

 Resolution No. CB-23-030, Dated December 3, 2023. Authorizes the side letter with PLEA to provide the Pay Differential for certain LEO effective July 1, 2023.

 Resolution No. CB-23-031, Dated December 20, 2023. Authorizes the side letter of agreement with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 13, to raise the daily lunch/meal reimbursement amounts which are outlined throughout the Master Agreement appendices executed on October 25, 2023.

 Resolution No. CB-23-032, Dated December 20, 2023. Authorizes the side letter of agreement with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 13, to raise the daily lunch/meal reimbursement amounts which are outlined throughout the Master Memorandum appendices executed on October 25, 2023.

 Resolution No. CB-23-034, Dated December 20, 2023. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding with the Independent State Store Union, Liquor Store Managers Unit executed on November 8, 2023.
