On July 26, 2024, the Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP/Department) received a Water Obstruction and Encroachment Joint Permit application for the Pocono Mountains Corporate Center North Warehouse, Tobyhanna, PA, in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County. The application was deemed administratively complete on August 9, 2024. Written public comments were received during the public comment period.

Written copies of oral testimony are requested. All comments, whether delivered orally during the hearing or submitted in writing will carry equal weight and consideration with DEP. CDO-018 Major Amendment. Iron Cumberland, LLC (200 Evergreene Drive, P.O. Box 1020, Waynesburg, PA 15370). Stream Restoration Areas along Pursley Creek (40592), Center Township, Greene County, Pittsburgh ACOE District (Oak Forest, PA Quadrangle, Centroid Latitude 39°, 50`, 26.75" N, Longitude 80°, 14`, 18.76" W). The applicant proposes to perform Chapter 105 activities for the restoration of Pursley Creek (40592), overlying Panels 73, 74 and 75 of the Cumberland Mine Oak Forest District. The project is being conducted to eliminate pooling of three (3) stream reaches (LW-73RA, LW-74 RA, and LW-75 RA) of Pursley Creek (40592) located in Center Township, Greene County that resulted from subsidence due to longwall mining activities within the approved area of the Cumberland Mine (CMAP No. 30831303). The stream mitigation project consisting of gate cuts at a designed excavated slope to eliminate the stream pooling to the pre-mining flow conditions. The proposed Area of Potential Effect (APE) for this project is 8.15 acres.
