Seed Analysis Fees

 The Secretary of Agriculture (Secretary), under 3 Pa.C.S. § 7109 (relating to fees), establishes the following revised seed testing fee schedule for the Department of Agriculture's (Department) Seed Testing Laboratory. Section 7109(e) of 3 Pa.C.S. requires the Secretary to announce the adjustment of fees by publishing a notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.

 The new seed testing fee schedule is located on the Department's, Seed Program web page at www.pa.gov/en/agencies/pda/plants-land-water/plant-industry/agronomic-products/seed.

 Licensed seed dealers will be provided a copy of the updated seed testing fee schedule in advance by the Department.

Effective Date

 The revised fees established in the seed testing fee schedule are effective 60 days from the date of publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
