Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several Individual LTC Forms (META-133967598); Rate Filing

 Metropolitan Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 89% on 2,520 policy holders of individual LTC forms: LTC-IDEAL-PA, LTC-FAC-PA, LTC-VAL-PA, LTC-PREM-PA, LTC-IDEAL-PA-ML, LTC-FAC-PA-ML, LTC-VAL-PA-ML and LTC-PREM-PA-ML.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 16, 2024, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. To view these filing notices, hover the cursor over the word ''Consumers,'' then select ''Other Rate Filings,'' then ''Approved Long-Term Care Rate Filings,'' and then click on ''Pending Long-Term Care Rate Filings'' under ''Resources'' on the right.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
