Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before February 26, 2024. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by February 26, 2024. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the listed docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2023-3040823. Helperly, LLC (637 Magee Avenue, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19111) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points within and between the Counties of Berks, Chester and Delaware, and the City and County of Philadelphia; and from the Counties of Berks, Chester and Delaware, and the City and County of Philadelphia to points within Montgomery County and Bucks County, and return.

A-2024-3045269. Amazing Care Home Services, LLC, t/a Dependable Medical Transportation Agency (1714 Grant Avenue, Suite 3, Philadelphia, PA 19115) persons in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return. A-2024-3045358. Care Transportation, LLC (138 East 26th Street, Suite 202, Erie, Erie County, PA 16504) in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Crawford, Erie, Forest, McKean, Mercer, Venango and Warren.

A-2024-3045562. Infinite EMS, LLC (380 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County, PA 19006) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Delaware County and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3045566. Ephros Home Care and Transport Services, LLC (1060 Gora Road South, York, York County, PA 17404) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Lancaster and York.

A-2024-3045654. BABS Ventures, LLC, t/a BABS Transportation (48 West Court Boulevard, West Lawn, Berks County, PA 19609) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in Berks County to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Keshav Smruti, LLC, t/a Golden Dove Transit (3832 Springtown Road, Furlong, Bucks County, PA 18925) in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return. Zimmerman (311 Reinholds Road, Denver, Lancaster County, PA 17517) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-2015-2478732, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in Lancaster County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2024-3045817. Prime Moving Center, Inc. (325 Bellwalt Drive, Canonsburg, Washington County, PA 15317) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania, as originally docketed at A-2016-2565213.
