 A-2024-3052663 and A-2024-3052664. Nitro Bidco Limited Partnership and Comcast Business Communications, LLC. Joint application of Nitro Bidco Limited Partnership and Comcast Business Communications, LLC for all approvals of a general rule transfer of control of Network Innovations, LLC, d/b/a Nitel.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before January 27, 2025. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) by means of eService on the Commission's website at https://www.puc.pa.gov/filing-resources/efiling/ or at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicants.
