Independence Blue Cross; Group Experience Rated Factors Update; Basic/Personal Choice/Point-of-Service Comprehensive Major Medical Products; Filing No. 4-P-96
[26 Pa.B. 1453] By filing no. 4-P-96, Independence Blue Cross requests approval from the Insurance Department of adjustments in its experience-rating factors which increase the credited discount, increase investment income credit, freeze the current excess claim provision for a minimum of 12 months, and increase the administration cost component of retention. The filing requests an effective date of July 1, 1996.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, by appointment, during normal work hours at the Insurance Department's Offices in Harrisburg and Philadelphia.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Bharat Patel, Insurance Department, Bureau of Accident and Health Insurance, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
