Petition of United Telephone Company for Waiver of 52 Pa. Code § 64.191(a) Regarding the Provision of Information on Service and Equipment Alternatives to Residential Service Applicants; Doc. No. P-00961052

   On April 26, 1996, United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania (United) filed a petition with the Commission for waiver of the Commission's regulations at 52 Pa. Code § 64.191(a) concerning the provision of information on service and equipment alternatives to residential service applicants. (Public Information)

   Anyone desiring to comment regarding this petition should file an intervention and answer with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265 in accordance with 52 Pa. Code §§ 1.1, et seq. All such pleadings are due on or before 20 days of the date of publication of this notice.
