   A-122150 F0007.  PG Energy, Inc. Application of PG Energy Inc., for approval to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply gas service to the public in additional territory in: 1) Valley Township, Montour County; 2) Riverside Borough, Northumberland County; and 3) Harvey's Lake Borough, Luzerne County.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 8, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
