   A-211690 F2000.  Lemont Water Company. Application of the Lemont Water Company for approval nunc pro tunc of the abandonment of water service by Lemont Water Company.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 5, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
