   A-00112491.  CSX Transportation, Inc. An application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of Public Utility Code. The application requests the approval of an exemption from 52 Pa. Code § 33.42 (relating to switches marked by lamps) governing switch lamps in connection with operations on the tracks in the McKees Rocks, Newell and Riverton Yards, all in or around the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County.

   An initial hearing upon this proceeding will be held Thursday, August 8, 1996, 10 a.m., in the 11th Floor Hearing Room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA.
